Horrible, worst, pathetic, horrendous, bashful and 3rd class service by smart fare. Lost 300 USD coz of their false promises. Worst customer service ever. Call them and you hear stupid customer service people speaking in Spanish. Who in the hell understands Spanish??? Total waste of time and money. Say no to smartfares!!!!
