I have called over 14 times in the last 14 hours in more or less every time zone ,
Its bad enough they don't answer the phone but not even a voice mail they are a joke,
I try to delay my flight but they did not answer phone and email can take up to48 hours this is and only time I will ever deal with sta travel again they are a joke
Thanks for listening do yourself a favour and just book best.com
