Again we booked a car through you or our recent trip to LA. We book through you because we then have the confidence that everything is included, so no unexpected extra charges at the pick up.

I think we've booked cars through your website not 5 or 6 times and have not been disappointed.

The only problem we had one time was booking a car in the States but we could only book for the following day as LA was 8 hours behind UK and it was already past midnight back home.

But it was no big deal when we got to the pick up.
