Having booked with netflights in October to travel to USA the closure of the motorway due to an accident meant I missed my flight. Whilst sitting stressed and anxious on the coach my calls to netflights were brilliant handled. They found me another flight with the same carrier later that day, negotiated down the price, booked it and also managed to keep me calm. It felt like they really cared and wanted to help me as much as they could.

Well done Netflights, good prices and brilliant customer service.
