We booked with low cost holidays for the first time this year and the actual travel (Flights) and transfers were good and we would use Low Cost for this side of the holiday again but the Hotel Blue Sea Los Fiscos was terrible and would not advise anyone, especially with family to avoid this hotel. The place was dirty with not very friendly staff, the accommodation was very dated and the beds extremely old, everything very basic. The cleaners were so over worked they did not get time to come to clean and change towels or sheets as we were told they would every other day. The restaurant was serving the same food day in and day out, if you like rice, pasta or pork then this is the place to eat. A lot of people ate out in restaurants even though they had paid for all inclusive. The bar served drinks hot or cold in very small plastic cups, the type you would give at a children's birthday party. Two drinks at a time, so if you wanted a pint of beer you would have to go up three or four times to get sufficient to of filled a pint glass had you had one. The swimming pool was all one depth. Almost 2 meters deep, no good for non swimmers, or children who had arm bands, most families left the area during the day to go elsewhere. No entertainment as advertised. One English guy who did his best but did not even turn up on several days of our stay. The pool area was dirty, never swept only jet washed by a grumpy man who jet washed all mess back into the pool on a daily basis. He would not unlock sun beds until on some days almost 11am. No sun umbrellas allowed in the hotel. Everything had to be hired, hair dryers, TV, WiFi (per person), kettle, no phone in room. Poor quality all round, Have left our comments on Trip Adviser as did over 800 other people. We are sorry we did not read the reviews before we booked this hotel. Low cost we would use you again, but the hotel, never.
