Low cost holidays kept me up to date leading up to my holiday, but its partner companies used for flights, transfers and accommodation let it down greatly. Jet 2 messed us around at check in, outbound and inbound. Gem travel, via jet2 and low cost holidays recommendations, had using tracking the transfer bus for 20 mins. In which I'd paid for a speedy (max 4 stops) transfer, and found us on a 1hr transfer with 9 drop offs and collections. Then the hotel overbooked for our first night, so moved us with a very vague apology and no evening meal. Then the same issues on the departure transfers and flights. Its just a good job we made the holiday our own and made a point to enjoy our time in Rhodes.
