Useful to be able to book in non-office hours.
As the booking was for myself and my 20 year old grandson I asked for twin bedded rooms. One of the hotels did not make it clear whether there would be a double or twin bedded room so I followed it through with a direct call to the hotel - it was then confirmed that a twin would be available.
The booking is for mid August so have no further comment at the moment.
