Well...where to start? Firstly Kuoni neglected to send us the hotel voucher but did send us our e-tickets for the flight, with the reference number hidden in a very obscure place! We still decided to forgive them at this point, but then their rep in Greece - Hellenic Tours, sent us paperwork with an incorrect pickup time for the airport transfer - we were booked on the 12noon flight out of Kalamata...they said we were booked on the 4pm flight out ...although this flight doesn't actually exist! I called them to point this out and they sent us new paperwork for the correct pickup time of 9am and on the day of departure we waited expectantly at the appointed pickup place at the hotel....9.20am and no sign of our taxi. I called the rep's emergency phone number and she said she would call back. She didn't and we were basically left stranded at the hotel thinking we were going to miss our flight as, apparently no taxi had been booked for us. It was only because of the hard work of the hotel staff and a delightfully efficient and speedy taxi driver that we actually made our flight on time. We will not be booking with Kuoni again.
