booked with this company, paid for flight and 2 weeks accommoation in Malta. When documents came through internet, it was Ryan air and Low cost beds for which we had a voucher.. Arrived, accommodation not satisfactory, tried to resolve with hotel, phoned low cost beds who said "u are not our client..............Jetline travel are" Tried to contact Jetline, e mailed and phoned eventually they contacted me. Told them dissatisfied and wanted to upgrade, prepared to pay. Jetline offered alternativ" told the gentleman, I could book alternative accommodation myself and would do so as I did not wish them to receive further commission from my booking, I expected them to negotiate with Low cost beds alternative accommodation as it was not what we had been told we booked and we would pay the difference. Felt the Jetline did not even understand what I was talking about. Ended up paying extra money and moving,
