How soon will a complaint be dealt with that was submitted on 5/6/14 at the Club Diana Hotel, Marmaris

They will never solve any problem. These are completely dishonest people. Never book with them and tell all your friends to not do it. Hotels4you are interested only to cheat you taking from you money for an expensive hotel and giving you a cheap motel. I lost $1400 because of them and then they reimbursed me only $150, after months and months of complaining and e-mails. Totally dishonest!

I had a problem with them. After several exchanges of e-mails with them and past a few months I had not obtained from refund(repayment). I decided to speak about it in a more detailed way on web sites such as this one (3 all in all). The problem was treated in 2 weeks. The amount of the repayment did not correspond to my waits but at least there was something. Her activity is based on Internet. It is also their weak point: they cannot allow to have too many negative notices concerning them on the Internet. It is thus necessary to announce its misadventures on forums of sites journey and everything will quickly be solved. Good luck and sorry for my bad english

Why not involve Thomas Cook then? Write to the CEO or something, you can't just allow your money go to waste! Get a lawyer or file a complaint to trading standards! Do something please.
