i went through hotel direct as we were going to london to see a show and wanted to stay central we were a group of 14, hotel direct offered the best prices. i had spent many hours searching other websites but each time hotel direct were the best. the hotel was excellent value central location, and myself and the group were very pleased. every detail had been taken care of, i even received an email the night before to let me know that the hotel had been contacted and they were looking forward to our arriaval. it's the little extras that hotel direct provide that makes me tell others to book with them as i certainly will.
