I am INCREDIBLY disappointed in Hop2. I was booked to fly from NYC to Paris in June 2016. My Rome to Paris layover was cancelled because Kuwait Airways no longer flies that route. Instead of Hop2 rebooking me with another airline or even agreeing to allow me to purchase another Rome to Paris leg with my own money, they cancelled my entire trip. I am sure this is because I got a really good deal on the trip. I wasn't interested in cancelling; especially because it was such a good deal. I want to go to Paris. Seeing how they do business, I will NEVER book ANYTHING through them again and advise everyone else to proceed with caution as well!
