I am Brazilian and I travel from UK to Brazil up to two times a year. I do not know understand how they k manage to offer ticket prices cheaper than the Brazilian flight companies websites!!! And what it is more incredible: sometimes the companies do not have the fight dates that they can offer! This is the second time I am using the service and I am fully satisfied. The customer service is excellent to. They answer your emails in a matter or minutes (depending when you call, of course!) and they give you a customized answer. It means someone actually read your full email and is trying to help you. They indeed keep their customers happy! Thanks!
