My booking experience was great. I did not get my final papers but did not think that much about it as I inquired to my booking agent the airline confirmation number and the car hire....they were sent to me, I found out later, but for some reason I did not get the email. The problem occured when we got off the plane at Rome and went to the car hire. The car that was booked for our trip was booked at the WRONG airport. I called Fleetway and someone began immediately working on the problem. We ended up booking a car there and then Fleetway refunded the money from the first car hire. I should have reported I did not have my documents as if I had looked at them I would have seen that the care hire was at the wrong airport. My point is you really so not know the quality of a company until you have a problem. SO now I know - Fleetway has your back.
