Brendan & Dial A Flight got me home for xmas for CHEAP!!!

I've been travelling back home to Toronto for the past 7 years, sometimes twice in a year which adds up and which is why I always dread booking flights back home to visit. This year was no exception as it was coming up to Christmas except I was super busy at work and it literally slipped my mind (as it does when one's literally trying to avoid things). Anyways, I looked online & nearly cried as flight to Toronto were going for a ridiculous amount like £800 to £1000+?!?!? Seriously?!?..to Toronto?!?! Even on websites such as Canadian Affair which are "suppose to be an more cost efficient way" to flight to Canada. (Spoiler alert: They're really not! They use Air Transat which is really not the best airline and I've had some of my worse flights ever with them so I've basically boycotted them the past couple of years). Anyways, I literally thought I was going to miss out this year & I was so disappointed and randomly my partner recommended giving Dial a Flight a call as he used them years ago when he needed a last minute flight and hotel to Poland for a couple of nights and he was impressed by them. I wasn't holding out much hope as I checked like 4 websites and they were telling me of this ridiculous £800 to £1000+ price fare tag, but either way I went on the website to get the phone number but they were closed. I left my contact details and requested to be contacted at 9:30am and you know what, I actually got a call at that time (something Flight Centre never seem to get right...or actually do for that matter). So like I said, I wasn't holding out much hope but then this lovely (and funny) associate on the telephone name Brendan seriously made my day. Not only did he care and listen to my request of finding the cheapest day with the shortest stay time with a vegetarian meal request, but he found an AWESOME price considering it was December already and I wanted to be back home for Christmas(like less than 2 weeks away which is IMPOSSIBLE for most people. He found a direct flight home for me for £495 with Air Canada...Seriously! Air Canada for that price and Canadian Affair using Air Transat was asking under a grand...wow, guess who won that one! Honestly I'm so pleased, it seriously made my holiday! It made all the difference to be home this year and I can not imagine missing it which is what I would have happened as all the other flights were so insanely priced. It sounds silly to say, but the fare deal and the level of customer service I received (before and after my flight) will generally make me recommend Dial a Flight to family and friends.
