Awful Customer Service

BEWARE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE---Booked a holiday over the phone & first of all I had difficulty understanding the staff as their English was very poor. There was no politeness. They just wanted the sale & get me off the phone. I felt I was rushed all the time I was on the line.Once my card details were given, they said they would call me back in 15mins to confirm booking. They did but also demanded another £60 as apparently "they couldnt get a direct flight". I haggled with the amount & got it down to £40 & "apparently" that was fine. What a load of rubbish. Never ever will I use them again. Everyone has strong accents but when you ask them for their names, they all have the common English names!!!!

Do Not Use

Booked through groupon for 3 nights in Rome. Flights offered meant arriving at 1am and departure was at 4am. Ended up being charged twice as much at £530 to change flights to a slightly earlier time and sit together. I've just phoned them to complete my check in online and we are not seated anywhere next to each other. Very rude and aggressive customer service. I do take responsibly for not being assertive enough. Please do be aware of what you are booking and don't get talked over when you book. It's meant to be an anniversary trip and I'm an anxious flyer so would have really liked to sit with my partner.

Never Use They Over Charge And There Staff Are Robots.

This is the most awful holiday company ever that over charge for flights hotels it better booking direct with the airline or hotel. Or just use a company that look after you as a customer. Please please do not use they will overcharge and blame you for it.

Trip To Barcelona

I only have praise for this company having been sceptical to start. Everyone I dealt with was polite . We sorted things out with ease . They took the air fare off one traveller as she lives in Spain anyway. We had reminders in good time of things that had to done along the way . Our return boarding passes were sent direct to the hotel for my collection. The hotel was in a great location and all the staff were very helpful .

Thank you for making our trip stress free.

Shambles

Stay well clear, what a noddy outfit. Customer service very poor, organisation skills poor, English language skills poor. As with other reviews the advertised dates were not available and had to pay extra for a different flight time, otherwise we would have had no time at the destination. Ask them a question on email and they send you a phone number. Eventually got our boarding passes from them a day before flying. Complete mess and stress through the roof. Clowns....

Avoid At All Costs

Complete rip off booked a 3 night stay in iceland via wowcher.

Too many added costs. Was promised a superior room and chicolates and champagne on arrival as it was a special occasion none if which was delivered.

When i called clearsky they werent interested or bothered and told me this wasnt guarenteed it was just a request!!

My daughter compained to the hotel manager and was told to such request was received and would not supply unless she paid for it!!!

Ckearsky are liars.

Absolutely Avoid At All Costs

Don't use them; don't buy any services that outsource to them. They are incompetent, rude, have a conveniently poor grasp of the English language, and will keep you on hold for as long as possible in order to make additional revenue from calls.

There wasn't anything I liked.

Quick To Book And Take Your Money!! No Support Afterwards!!

Booked a holiday in Iceland for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and took our daughter. Was very excited about this holiday and looking forward to the Northern Lights tour and the Golden circle tour all booked in advance.

No Northern lights on first night, rearranged to 2nd night, and then cancelled to be rearranged for 3rd, but cancelled again. Tried to get a refund from clearsky for the trip for the 3 of us and have offered £36 as a total settlement. Where does it cost £12 per head?? This is a minimum of £38 per head!! This is a joke!! Spencer was very rude wouldn't let me explain, insinuating that I was the problem. Would not supply a breakdown of the holiday cost and was going away to listen to the recording of the booking made with the adviser and if he didn't mention the cost of the Northen Lights tour while booking then they would not refund the full amount!! What should have been a fab holiday ruined by the agents!!

Clear Sky Holidays

Booked a 4 night trip to Iceland with tours included , later found out that the flight times would of used up

2 days of the trip the dates we had weren't available so was offered better flights and hotel on a different date at a cost of £100 eachb(6 of us ) . At this point I went crazy down the phone at the guy who soon changed everything again to give us an extra day and better hotel for £60 each . We were happy with this . The trip turned out to be fantastic . We had northern lights tour booked it occurred exactly as was booked , golden circle tour was booked and was a brilliant day and last tour was whale watching but the driver read our booking slip wrong and went without us to the boat , I rang clear sky to complain who rang the tour company and had a mini bus to come back and collect us all so we made the trip . The phone staff could not have been more helpful . The only frustrating thing iof using clear sky was the arranging flights and changing dates and cost at the beginning of it all . This was all booked through groupon originally .
