Simple just dont us them.

Most useless company in the world, have no customer skills at all.

If you do book with them you will regret it as you will spend a ridiculous amount of money and time chasing after them.

Once our flight was cancelled by the airline they took 3 weeks to let us no dates for the new flights.

When they finally relayed the airlines new flight information to us and we stated that the new dates where unacceptable (5 days later!)

They said that will have to do, as that is what was offered, if we wanted to change it we would have to speak to the airline ourselves.

They just basically washed their hands of the situation and were impossible/useless to deal with.

Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.
