How Much I wish I read reviews before I book my flight.
I had my worst experience with customer service,I am a very calm
person but they make me cry from anger..I would like to change my flight ticket date ,it is so difficult to reach them,The phone number they provide in ticket confirmation not correct, I find the number on internet then call them several times to change my ticket (even reaching them is so difficult). They told me that they will calculate the cost and come back to me,but no one come back, each time I told new person the situation I am, they said they could not reach me,I told them
my phone was always on and keep it next to me becaue I am waiting for them.I called
several times each one told me I should wait their call back..I dont know why they keep me waiting for.. few of them I ask the reason I am waiting, he/she put the phone off..I am waiting since two days hope they will call me before my flight is taking off..
