Booked a hotel and had free cancellation. Cancelled shortly after. Hotel sent credit in U.S currency with a lower amount almost 3 months later.

Bookings.com agents said that this would be credit back by Bookings.com and that we do not have to be concerned.

When credit was made Bookings.com agents claimed that this could happen and that they are not responsible for this.

We believe you are better off contacting hotel or using a site that does not falsify information to customers, and have them wait for their refund and short change them.

There are many sites that are accurate and will not have such issues.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
