I had a TERRIBLE experience with when I booked my vacation week! First of all, they overcharged my credit card by charging my hotel twice! And then they actually placed a RECURRING charge on my account which my credit card company had to explain to me what it would charged my account every month for the amount I paid for the hotel! Not good! Of course, my bank blocked from charging my account! I noticed right away and called them ( and spoke with 3 different customer serivce rep--none of them could find what was overcharged! One of them told me the overcharge wasn't there anymore. The last customer rep blamed it on my credit card company for allowing this extra charge? Really? Your company charged my account not my bank??? (My bank did actually credit my account again).

I called the hotel and the airline just to be sure all was in order before I left for my vacation-the hotel couldn't find my reservation cause had misspelled my last name? Really? When I booked, I got a 100$ GC--wasn't able to use on vacation cause never sent me a confirmation code...Great company huh?

So as of today which is almost 2 months after I initially booked--I haven't received any paperwork form my bank that the claim is closed...I did speak with another rep from after I wrote them a LONG email, and she said that my credit card/bank had been refunded. She said it takes 2 weeks for the money to get to them? Really? Your company stole money out of my account? And now we have to wait for the credit?

Be careful--pay the extra 50-100$ with another company! I would not recommend ANYONE to book trough!

Yes, I had a similar problem! is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I put the correct credit card in their online system to be used for 1st and 2nd payment on our condo, and they used the wrong credit card (card used for $100 deposit, (which never showed up on my bill), and would not reverse it. They said they couldn't help me and hung up on me! I have denied payment with my credit card that was wrongly used as I have the printed receipt from that shows the correct credit card that should of been used, yet they didn't use it. I wanted the reservation person to book it so it would be right, but they charge $35.00 to do that, so their computer system should get it right.
They also lied about the current services of the condo in Destin, it was not right across the street from the beach, rather like several condos back, there was not a tram service running as they had promised...the only reason I went with that condo. I have a disability and and can not walk far, so without the tram, we were pretty much stuck at the condo and their pools which half of them were closed.
