“Surreptitiously good booking experience”

You recommended Great Parnasus as a good family hotel. You should not have. The food at this place makes Vegas buffet taste Gourmet. Even on a low budget, you would literally would literally would have to like bad food. Besides the food, there was not much good to say about this place.

Let's talk customer service. In a perfect world....

a. I call you cause I have a problem.
b. You note my issue and you say we will take care of it and we will call you back as soon as possible with options and or solutions.
c. You call me back and you restore my faith in the world.

What actually happened:

a. I call you cause I have a problem.
b. Not clear that you have a procedure for issue resolution.
c. Two calls later we get some movement.
b. You insist that I hold on. Together we burn through about 40 minutes. $80+ worth.
c. You resolved my issues. Good stuff.

You need to negotiate a clear issue resolution with the hotels. Customer not happy, call made, problem solved.
