Hi,
This is our 9th time booking a trip through a website and our first time through Bookit.com. Unfortunately, I have to say we were very disappointed.
We were 4 couples booking the same trip, travelling with a total of 7 kids, for a grand total of 15 people to Jewel Runaway Bay. Even though we all booked at the same time, either through the website or directly through a Bookit.com agent, we endend up paying 636$ more than everyone else in our party. When I called an agent to get an explanation and to see if they would be able to cover some of the difference in price, they said they could do nothing. For a difference of say, 50-100$, I wouldn't be complaining. But a difference of 600 +$, for the exact same trip and flights, that's just incomprehensible, unfair and unjust !!!
