I have used this company before and found them to do good work, this has let them down greatly.

I asked for a plumber to change/fix a toilet system-I said I would get the parts. off I went to get what he wanted. Rather than get everything ready he sat in his van waiting. I took note of the time he arrived and left 1 hour and 20 minutes.

He decided to charge for two hours at £38+vat an hour. Rip off go to a plumbers that firstly can tell time and secondly won't charge you for full hours when they do a few minutes over.
