Shoddy!

I bought a Rhapsody diamond solitaire ring costing £1,499 and even though the diamond was good, the platinum shoulders weren't made evenly and the diamond wasn't set properly in the claw setting. Had I not had it re-set at a jewellers, I would certainly have lost it.I should have learnt my lesson then, but was stupid enough to buy another diamond ring set in 14ct gold which was £275 The diamonds were heavily included and two of them were most definitely dirty or pique. I have purchased several pairs of earrings and have not received one pair that actually matched. They've had a great stone in one and a much lesser quality in the other, or one would be longer or shorter than the other. One has faced forward and one backwards. One will have a bigger stone in than the other, the list goes on and to add insult to injury, earrings are non- returnable! Delivery is SOO slow, p&p charges differ/increase without advanced warning and received items are definitely NOT the same as the ones shown on air. You are guaranteed to be bitterly disappointed. DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this shoddy jewellery channel!
