We had placed an order with youngs suit hire through debenhams in August 2019 for our April wedding in 2020, due to the pandemic we had to postpone, when trying to contact regarding the suits we had been told youngs couldn't help us, even though we had paid in full through debenhams. The bank is unable to help us get a refund and youngs suit hire have also been no help in the matter, our wedding is in 3 months and we are now without suits or a refund even though we have been in regular contact with youngs suit hire as we've had to postpone twice due to the pandemic.
