From the surveyor to the fitting it was brilliant we were talked through how everything worked and shown on the computer in easy to understand graphs everything went very smoothly from the pre emails and phone calls to the installation first the scaffolding then the next day the installation lovely polite and hard working young men who explained what they were doing as they went along helped me set up the app and showed me how it worked then gave us our welcome pack which included all the numbers we may need if there was any problem followed up with a phone call the day after installation very impressed with the service and love the money we’re already saving thank you
