Worst Basketball League Ever

I have never experienced such a terribly organized league or organization in general. The customer support on the website is some of the worst I have ever seen: problems are only fixed after ages,all the customer support tells you are the regular phrases "I apologize for the inconvenience" blabla standard stuff nobody wants to hear. Switching teams last minute, not enabling functions in your profile, etc. All things you can definitely expect when signing up. On top of that it is nothing like they promise,they do not do anything. The only thing the bring are refs and a scoreboard, no bibs, etc. Score keeping is not one of their biggest strengths either, e.g we had a game last season which was very close but according to Go Mammoth we lost without scoring a single basket. (NOT A SINGLE BASKET IN BASKETBALL? COME ON!). The best thing of all? No refunds. You pay a fixed amount expecting a fun basketball league and I'm sure some kids could do a better job planning all this. At least you can be sure that they would be able to read - some team officially consisted of 7 players but guess what? One player miraculously has the same name and phone number buuuuut he has a different email so he must be different person. Makes sense right?
The only positive thing I can mention about GO Mammoth are the other participants: the atmosphere is really friendly and people are great. Overall however, stay away. You're better off giving the money to charity...at least you are supporting people that will be able to read someday unlike these guys
