I've ordered twice from footasylum, first order was a pair of creative recreations, on receiving the shoes the soles were already dirty and one of the shoe laces was shredded in half. Thinking this was just a one off I ordered a pair of converse mono white just before Xmas. The trainers turned up and immediately after taking them out the box you could see that one of the shoes was faulty, one side of the shoe was stitched much lower than the other making the trainer warped and uncomfortable. Sent the trainers back and had to chase their customer service team multiple times after the shoes had been delivered to them. In all I think I chased 4 times but had no response from their team. Even when I was finally refunded they didn't email me to apologies or let me know. I only found out I had been refunded after checking at the bank. To sum it up I think they sell seconds as both occasions I received faulty shoes and their services is rubbish. Go elsewhere.
