I worked at Amazon, Dunfermline for trainsline, the open day, training days at the depot say how great they treat you, it is totally rubbish the agency bosses follow you with a tablet pointing out every mistake you made 3 weeks ago, they could not give you points quick enough until the last day then the agency bosses prented that they were sad to see you relised, no body in the room believed them,also the bus travel you pay for is terrible, it was a bit pick and mix if turned up,it also left early and not worth the 10 pound a day fare

“Beware! They under deliver & don't refund when they say”

Beware of this agency Transline CMK, they deduct monies from you for uniform and advise they will refund when you hand it back in, 2 weeks on I'm still waiting for my refund! They under deliver and break the promises they make. BEWARE!

. They fkd up my tax code even tho I gave them p45 they put it down as 1000lt basically saying I'm earnng 100k a year when actually I'm not no sick pay. I get told why I'm not entitled to sick pay by someone fresh off the boat. they say I have to go to the job centre to get sick pay even though they employ me themselves. the contact number is not even them its a national recrument line I asked for a number they said you have to email them for a number what a joke. language barrier is pathetic. Transline should just give up they leave ppl broke tied and angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Holiday pay withheld ”

Worked for Transline on a Unipart contract, after working out my holiday accrual was incorrect I was informed I did not accrue holidays for weekends although my standard weekly shifts included weekends, this was not overtime and is illegal! I decided to leave and was told that I needed to write a letter to translines head office to request my outstanding holiday, even though I had an onsite representative! They just want to make it as difficult as possible to pay out ex workers holidays! They treat everyone like they are stupid, heaven knows why such big companies like Amazon, Argos and Unipart use them....must be cheap!!!

“Incompetent, ”

On hiring for a contract with Clipper at Daventry for work up to and through the Xmas period we were told that work would be steady up to February. Once Tesco new year sales were done early January, volume dropped to next to nothing. Hours dropped from 44pw to sometimes 4pw or even 0. Consistently unable to pay many people correctly for hours worked, and when you fill the query form your told you were paid correctly even though if you gave the hours worked and your pay rate to any 12 year old as a math problem they would tell you what you should have been paid. The wage errors were ALWAYS in one direction IE underpaid, they never ever overpaid a single person. They fail to pay holiday pay, especially if you request holiday just before you leave. On leaving it is revealed if you wish to APPLY for your holiday entitlement you have to write to head office and REQUEST it. Introduced a zero hours +6hr contract which people were pressured to accept. If you are unlucky enough to be ill and unable to work a shift, even during low volume, they blacklist you and do not offer you any more shifts that week as a punishment - they even are even bad enough to inform you of that during your sickline call (if you can get through to it). They may also take you off their books and not even inform you. I have a good education and have always been able to understand my wage slips but Transline have the most complicated wage slip I have ever seen which I can not understand at all . Near impossible to get hold of the on-site office by phone, even though it was always well staffed. They constantly bombard your mobile with text messages from several different numbers, at any hour of the day or night and many of the messages are rude and unprofessional. I am not surprised they were featured on Channel 4 Dispatches for exploiting Euro workers and using tactics and schemes to avoid paying staff NI contributions. They are pretty much a legalized gangster organisation. I often felt totally degraded through working for them. AVOID OR BE SORRY.

“no perm job.no pay at all.”

After attending a interview and waiting for police check to come back I was told l had a full time job with parcel force with 3months probation period.This was the first lie of many.I done 2 .5 days and was told I was not needed for Friday and I'd get a phone call over the w/k end even though I performed very well.This was also the case for other new drivers.I've phoned nearly every day for 5weeks and get told will phone back after 2pm to look into it.I'd actually signed off job seekers so I'm more so out of pocket.yvonne eaves from the dartford and Essex area just thinks she can mug off the vulnerable.What a shower of sh transline must be to employ her.
