Since October 1, 2024, we've been delighted to partner with Vestra. The owner, is always eager to listen and share helpful advice. We opted for the full management package, but we genuinely value the flexibility to switch to the Admin Assist plan in the future if desired. Vestra really encourages us to be hands-on in managing our estate, and we enjoy having the freedom to decide whether to handle tasks ourselves or bring in contractors of our choosing. Our estate is in excellent hands, and our service charges are now more affordable than ever. Vestra also supported us during our purchase of the freehold, which was a great help. I genuinely recommend the flexible services Vestra offers.

Am going through the RTM process at the moment with Vestra. Am very pleased so far, all my questions have been answered promptly and clearly and the RTM process is clearly set out in their documentation and regular emails, including what step along the process I am at. Prices are very reasonable and the freeholder has agreed to the rtm, so no more paying exorbitant amounts to the old management company.

I will be using Vestra’s Admin Assist package for the day to day management and filing Companies House info and tax return myself.

Vesta has been managing our building for several years and we couldn't imagine not having them managing our building.

Our service charges halved after Vestra took over and our money was spent on genuine suppliers that massively improved the state of our building. Vestra is small enough that they offer a personal service but they also have a wealth of expertise in managing buildings of all sizes. Everything is visible on Vestra's management platform meaning a transparent service. The team are contactable whenever you need them and they're always quick to respond.
