Landlorddirect's model suited us perfectly. We have been both tenant and landlord in London and knew what to expect. We knew what the rental should be and we didn't want to pay the fees the local agent wanted. The flat had been our home and we wanted to be hands on.

The website's advice is invaluable and the communication with Landlorddirect while advertising and undertaking the searches was good. We found Landlordirect through recommendation and would happily recommend them to others in a similar situation.
