Third party gaming sites are recommending Entropay as a method of purchasing their products using Entropay's virtual visa card. The problem is that Entropay keeps FORTY PERCENT of any monies you upload. Customer service is almost non-existent. Despite "customer service" and "contact us" on their website, those are dead links. The ONLY 'customer service' they provide is if you use their Twitter acoount (yes, TWITTER!!!) to direct message them. Now what reputable company in this day and age will only provide customer service through twitter? And direct message? So there is no record of your complaint? Why these third-party sites is recommending them is beyond me. Entropay is NOT a reputable company. First time users get sucked in and can't get a full-refund once they realize what kind of company this is.
