Be aware that there is pricing adjusting going on if you pick Road Runner. When the person called me to arrange the transport, the price went up 7% from the quote. Not shocking, but know the online quote will go up. They sent me a contract, I signed. When they called the day before to schedule the time, they raised the price AGAIN and required me to pay the higher price to actually ship the car. I re-read the contract and no where does it say the contract price I signed was subject to change when the pick up is scheduled. Beware... all in all, the price went up over 11% from what they told me it would be to what they actually charged.

Booked a car shipment two weeks ago. Today is my scheduled pickup and not a word from them and they do not answer the phone. They are quick to take your money for a deposit, then you never hear from them again. Try calling their number and see for yourself. Now I am stuck with a car as I try to move out of State in a few days. Zero customer service and they leave you hanging.

My overall experience with Roadrunner was very pleasant. The price I received was reasonable and the service was great. My transport coordinator Paul was very helpful and on top of everything. I will be using them again in a few months to ship my sons car.

RR was able to not only ship my wife's car in 2 days but also got me a driver headed home that direction with an enclosed trailer, for no extra charge!
