I used this company to obtain a passport in 24 hours. I called on Friday morning, and my passport was in my hand by Tuesday. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because my case manager was gone on the day I was trying to check the status of my documents, and I had to call the main line several times to speak with another representative. I would recommend this company, they worked a miracle by getting me a passport so quickly. Just remember to follow their instructions EXACTLY. If you have any questions or doubts, call the company to clarify. Slightly expensive, but absolutely worth it.

We had never had to get a Visa before and our cruise line, Holland America, recommended this company. I tried to do it online with little success, so I called the number provided by HA. I was not able to contact a Visa person, so I went online to the live Chat and connected with an agent. We were doing great and he had been very helpful, when their system went down. The following morning I got an e-mail from the agent explaining what had happened and he gave me his number to call. We discussed all my issues and then He sent me all the information that he would need to get the Visa process taken care of. I was getting 4 of them as was getting them for our traveling companions too. He was very helpful and would call me when ever he was sending me more information. Great service, 3-4 business days means just that. I was terrified I wasn't going to get it in time and I got it at 10:00 a.m. on the 4th business day. The case manager was wonderful and helped me with all questions and even told me I didn't need to pay for the FEDEX expediting service (ontop of theirs) so she saved me some money. Great service. Liked everythign - make sure you print your application and no handwriting.
