What an enormous let down. I was promised that my order, which is vital to our staff Christmas Party event tomorrow, would be delivered on time and it hasn’t been. I paid an additional amount for advance delivery and was let down on three separate occasions. I have to question how this company can call themselves ‘the UKs favourite’ when they do not have any form of contingency plan in place for situations like this. The Trophy Store appears to be completely at the mercy of DPD with no contingency when DPD fails.
I now have a ruined event and have therefore lost complete faith in both The Trophy Store and DPD. I would recommend that customers think carefully before using either company or any company that has its entire business held up by the incompetentce of DPD
