I am happy with the secure, fast, efficient, service I received from 88tickets when I applied for them online. I received them quickly via recorded, signed for, delivery and feel confident that this is a secure site.

I was however very disappointed that, given that I paid the above face value price that is inevitably incurred, by using a ticket broker, that I did not have the opportunity to choose my tickets, although I knew which block I was selecting and the price range. I would like to have known which specific seats would be available prior to making my purchase. The inferrence is that this is a SOLD OUT Concert. TGiven that Ticket brokers rely on selling ALL their block purchased tickets to make a profit, I think it only fair that they be honest about the PRECISE location of seats they are actually selling.

For the final figure I paid for two tickets, I would have expected and obviously preferred my allocated seats to be nearer the front of the block rather than at the back of the floor seating block.

Excellent last minute seats at a knock down price. Tickets were received by post and no extra charges. Thoroughly enjoyable and relaxed outing in London. I would thoroughly recommend this website to family and friends.

Booked tickets to see Billy Elliott 2 days in advance of going to London. Found the website easy to use, prices and range of seats excellent. Big bonus-no booking fee either. Ticket collection from box office went very smooth..would use again.

Got cheapest tickets for our show here after comparing many web sites.Also had no charge for box office collection which is an unnecessary excessive charge so We were very pleased.

i ordered my tickets online and printed the receipt. we got for half price.the tickets were ready for collection at the theatre.the show was excellent altogether a brilliant day out. i would recommend this site to anyone excellent service well done

Very user friendly. Easy to book and pay and website very clear. No problem picking up tickets from the theatre, we just had to be there at least 15 minutes before it started and only had to give our name. We got a good deal on the tickets too! Will be using them again.

I wanted to book tickets for We Will Rock You. By chance I logged onto Ticket.com. The prices were great. The website is very user friendly. Tickets arrived 3 days after booking. I even had a phone call to double check I had received my tickets. Will definitely use Ticket.com again. There was nothing to not like about my experience with Ticket.com.

Booked tickets 2 weeks in advance with TICKET.COM to see Ghost for my friends 40th. Wanted to have the tickets in my hand to give to my friend on her birthday so that's why I booked the ticket 2 weeks in advance. Was told they would be sent out next day first class.. I waited 4 days and no tickets.. I called and was advised to wait one more day ( why one more day when their screens says Tickeys were sent out next day) and then call back on sat and they would send out a duplicate pair of tickets that day to arrive on the Monday. My friends bday was on the Tuesday so I was starting to panic but I did what they told me waited till the Sat and tickets still hasn't arrived. Called up to be told they were very sorry the tickets must have lost in the post and they will send another lot out first class and they will definately be there Monday morning ... You've guessed it Monday morning and still no tickets .. I called again and ended up speaking to a supervisor who informed me the tickets I was promised would be sent out on sat haven't as they don't post on a sat!!!!..if I had called on the Friday ( WHICH I DID BUT WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK ON SAT) they could have posted them then and they would have arrived in time for my friends bday!! ... Either way i had no tickets in hand to give to my friend so i was upset and dissapointed... I was told I would have to get them from the theatre now .. They said it was royal mail fault .. Rubbish... I got all my other mail.. I can understand one pair of tickets going missing but two??? ....I was also given wrong information along the way. It ruined my birthday suprise for my friend, I had to waste my time constantly chasing up .. I was even promised my postage money back which I still haven't recieved .. I just don't think they are very reliable and I will not be using them again

This was such an easy website to use to get my tickets. It was simple to check out the tickets available for each show by viewing the seating plan and deciding which were the most suitable. I loved the price saving on the tickets and the seats were excellent even though I purchased them less than a week before the show. I liked being able to collect the tickets from the box office and did not have to queue at all. It was so much better than waiting for them arriving in the post, although it would have been good to be able to print them from an e-mail. All in all I thought this ws excellent value for money, easy to use and I would definately use the site again and recommend to friends to do the same. Well done!
