Hi take note I ordered tickets with this company first of all as trying to buy the tickets the women that answered the phone was not nice talked as though she had plums in her mouth nasty to that's all I got one said that the tickets had been posted another said they hadn't
Tickets had left the office 17th oct still not got them now it's the 30th oct I kept ringing and then ended up speaking to a manager she told me that she would email the tickets I got an email from her 6 hours after talking to her I am very upset I think they take ur money and don't give a crapI would definitely go spend ur money elsewhere cause u never get your ticketsĀ
Update still no tickets so let's hope they r st the box office

Would Use Again
I have used Stargreen several times over the years for music and also west end shows. I can honestly say I have never had a problem with them. The easiest option is to print your tickets but I have collected in person before as well and again, never had any issues. Two of my friends have now also used them and have been happy with the service.
Reading the reviews below- As long as you double check the seats you have selected to make sure they are exactly what you want and are grouped together if that's what you require there shouldn't be any problems. I recommend picking the tickets up in person or printing them so you know you have them before the show as some people are saying they haven't got them in the post.
I would use them again as the prices are reasonable and the booking process is easy.

Customer Service Is Awful
Never received the tickets. They claim they phoned me to tell me to pick them up at the box office but I never received any message. Never made any effort to text or follow up with another message.
Refused to refund as I did not log my issue until after the gig, although I did try phoning them on the day of the gig and couldn't get through.
Phoned them 4 times each time they said they'd phone me back and never did. Wouldn't even refund the charge for postage which should have been refunded as the tickets were never posted.
Will definitely not be using them again.

I erroneously booked tickets through Stargreen for a gig I couldn't go to. I rang the office and they gave me a refund with no quibbles. Very pleased with the service, would use again for a gig I can go to!

Bought Barry Manilow tickets online, we'll I paid for them, phone there office numerous times, to find out the whereabouts of the tickets, as they were a birthday present, was lied to, on numerous occasions, If you are thinking of using them, Please,Please, Please, think again, use someone else, a reliable company who don't lie and cheat. You will be disappointed if you use these people, pay the little extra, and don't make the mistakes I have. There is nothing to like about these people. BE WARNED.

Brought Take that tickets twice and Robbie Williams tickets, received them in plenty of time. Will use in future as ticketmaster always crashes!

I order 3 seated tickets for Alter Bridge at Wembley Arena. The tickets were all advertised in the same area and together. Stargreen were the only place to have some left, and although the seats were a bit rubbish I just needed to get the tickets.
When I received the tickets (about a week before the show) I got three tickets they were separated and not joined together like usual bulk tickets. When I checked them I had been sent 3 tickets for the right area but only 2 seated together. The third seat was about 2 rows back and at the other end of the row.
I rang Stargreen and after explaining the situation was told 'that's not right. We'll look into it and give you a call tomorrow'. The next day I waited for the call. Nothing. It got to an hour before their closing time so I rang them. After being put on hold mid sentence I was told the manager was looking in to it and I'd get a call. When I asked when as the gig was only a week away they told me 'probably tomorrow'. Great.
Tomorrow came, no phone call. An hour before closing time I rang them again. After being informed there was different staff on a weekend and they had to find out, I was told it was Wembley Arena's fault for the delay as they weren't there/didn't answer. I asked for a refund and was told nothing could be done until Wembley got back to them. Again I was told I'd be rung. When? 'Before the gig. Probably Monday'.
I contacted Wembley and was told no-one from Stargreen had contacted them about any issues.
Monday came, 4 days before the gig. Seriously running our of time to get replacement tickets. No call, so using pester power I rang them. The woman who answered went to find out about the situation. I was rudely told that I'd rung before and "already been told" I'd "receive a call so should just be patient".
I told them I spoke to Wembley and no one from Stargreen had contacted them. "You wouldn't be talking to the right people" she said, I spoke to the ticketing manager "yeah, not the right person". After complaining about the lack of service, information, being sent the wrong tickets and the fact the show was 4 days away she said 'If you're not happy with the service then get a refund' so I did.
When I asked if she had all the information she needed she said 'yes it's in front of me'. I asked her to tell me the order number to make sure and surprise, surprise I was put on hold for a good 2 minutes while she found it. Asking when the refund would be completed "when we get the tickets you'll get a refund". So I sent them Royal Mail Tracked Next Day delivery by 12. Let's see if this refund gets done.
So disappointing. They used to be good but now I wouldn't want to risk having to endure their customer service again. Rude, uninterested and just inept.

Stargreen Box Office Very Good
I was sceptical about using them as it's always Tickmaster most ppl use, but I went ahead and booked with them and what a brillant move that was as not only were the tickets much cheaper than their most popular rivals the tickets for my Coldplay concert arrived last week the 17th April (well before the concert date) this website is the safest and best choice and i'd definately choose them in the futute when booking anything - I AM VERY PLEASED WITH STARGREEN BOX OFFICE

Didn't Receive Tickets And None Left On The Door. No Apology And Not Even A Partial Refund.
I booked online and paid the extra to get first class delivery. 5 days go by and nothing, so I phone them up. They say "Oh well you should get them in the next two days. If not, call us back and we'll leave them on the door." No tickets come, so I phone them back. They say "No problem, we'll leave them on the door."
So I travel all the way up to London and queue with my printed out receipt of purchase at the ready. Guess what: There are no tickets on the door for me! The venue tell me I can wait until everyone has come in and if it's not at capacity then they'll let me in. After waiting an HOUR and a HALF they finally (and very kindly, as I had no valid tickets!) let me in.
I miss the whole of the first band and the first few songs of the second. I am NOT happy.
To rub salt in the wounds I receive the tickets TWO DAYS LATER. They had been posted the DAY AFTER the gig.
I phone up and complain. They blame the problem on the Royal Mail. Fair enough, but the Royal Mail were not the ones who forgot to leave my tickets on the door!
I am told that unfortunately as I had eventually been let in and seen some of the show then there wasn't much anyone could do. I didn't even got an apology for my inconvenience. After stating that this was unacceptable I was told that "A manager will phone you back if there's anything we can do."
As you can probably guess...I'm still waiting for that phone call.
I will NEVER buy from these people again.
