I bought ticket for kampala night, when I try to get him someone on the door tell me they don't sell ticket online. I don't recommend anyone to buy ticket for this event online

25th birthday party organised by ReleaseDRiddim, Shoobs, and The London Boat Party. Premium tickets for table and extras. Staff were arguing. My friends and i were kept waiting for 45mins to be seated and left to our own devices. Cake and ice in ice bucket was melted. Not everyone in my group had a seat or a glass which had to be requested on multiple occasions. Staff did not care about other customers being sick on the boat. I asked for a partial refund and got nothing back apart from an apology. Not one of the companies offered me anything! Really disappointing and would no recommend. I was embarrassed having bought my friends there.

I have booked a ticket for the Wahala show for the 21st August. I have not received no tickets till now. I now have to report site.

Bought tickets online for an event for 11/07/20. Event states that it starts at 5pm. Upon arrival, place was still being set up and was told to return in 2-3 hours. We left to wait and came back at 9pm. We were then told it was a 'private' event and was refused entry although we ALL had tickets. The guard called for the manager (who never came) but as we waited, we saw people standing outside buying tickets on the spot and were allowed in. These people were of African American skin colour meanwhile me & my friends were Oriental/Brown Asian. ANYONE who was of their skin colour was allowed in. After asking why they were allowed and we weren't, we got no real answer. CLEARLY this is DISCRIMINATION OF RACE. In the end we did not want to go in after they made such a fuss and demanded a refund. A random young man then came out with CASH to give to us. Disgusting management and organisation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OR URGE ANYONE TO SUPPORT SUCH DISCRIMINATING ORGANISATION.

I booked a ticket for an afro beat night on the 19th April. Couldn't get in as my I'd on my phone which was a pic of passport wasn't sufficient, so I asked the. To reimburse as it's not my fault. I haven't received a reply till this day. Not professional at all and there is no contact number which is weird. I'll investigate further into this company

I purchased a ticket with insurance and three without as one of my friends had prior issues. I emailed shoobs after the event as she could not attend. Shoobs referred me to ticket insurance. Ticket insurance referred me back to shoobs saying it was up to them to refund. Then shoobs said that ticket insurance only said that because my reason didn't meet their requirements which is just stupid because that is not what ticket insurance wrote in their email. Don't trust them get your tickets direct

Went out New Years Eve. Bought tickets online for "New Years Eve Party" event at Shoobs.com.

The website was easy to use. Tickets emailed to me immediately.
