I ordered a quad from quad extreme. The avaliability showed in stock and next day delivery, this seemed too good but its what swung my decition. i ordered away and got my comfirmation email. needless to say the quad was a no show, i decided to ring and got told it should be delivered around wednesday, again it did not show but i left it a few days more but again nothing. i rang again a got told it will turn up the following monday! bare in mind there website states you will revieve your order 3-5 working days after placing your order. i placed my order on the 15th its now the 24th and im still waiting on my order, what a joke! i do not understand. i paid my money, whats the problem? i could understand if there was a complication and they told me but no just empty promises. this is criminal. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. very very poor show. i only wish i knew before getting involved with these clowns.

i recently placed an order for an item shown on quadextreme website shown to be in stock, paid by card and received email confirmation.

the confirmation email stated i would receive an email within 24hours to confirm shipping, i waited to no avail, i left it 2 days then emailed an enquiry, nothing, so sent another and nothing, so after 3 days i phoned and was told there is no stock for 2 months! he confirmed he had received my emails but gave no reason for not replying, i cancelled the order and requested a refund, a week later and still nothing, i emailed again to no avail. i just looked on web site and items are still listed as in stock!

the only thing extreme is the customer service! be warned.
