We had been looking for a specific style of engagement ring for quite some time before we found Jeremy. Having worked in a high street jewellers when I was younger I knew about the quality of diamond that I wanted. I also knew that I wasn't likely to find it in our price range in any of the usual stores. We turned our search to the Internet and found him. We arranged a meeting to discuss what we wanted and went to his office in Liverpool. He was amazing, so understanding of our needs and very knowledgeable about diamonds. He had exactly what we wanted already made up so we ordered the ring, with a GIA quality diamond, there and then, paid a deposit and then collected four weeks later when we could pay the balance. Through the whole process he was great and I've had so many compliments on my beautiful ring.

My boyfriend and I went to see Jeremy as we wanted something really special, not a ring there were plenty of in every jewellers. We wanted a quality diamond, in a beautiful setting. My boyfriend discussed the budget and Jeremy showed us a perfect three quarter carat round diamond. We wanted it set on a very slight twist. Jeremy hadn't made a ring like it before but he gave us confidence it would be no problem. About 2 weeks later he gave us a call to say the ring was ready. It was beyond perfect. I was so emotional and grateful to Jeremy for making exactly what we wanted. Not once did he deter us from what we were asking for or attempt to increase our budget. I didn’t think my fiancé would be able to top the proposal in Central Park but he certainly did with the ring! After popping the Q with a fake ring he informed me we were off to Liverpool for me to choose my diamond and have my ring specially made for me. I was happier than a kid a Christmas. We went to a few jewellery shops to see what the quality of rings were like before we met with Jeremy. There is no comparison!! Majority of the shops had mediocre grade diamonds and very few of them had reputable certifications. I opted for a round cut solitaire diamond with 6 claws and the platinum knife edge band – it is simple and elegant. I have had so many compliments, I love love love it!!! I had spent two days the previous weekend going around the high street shops in Liverpool shopping for an engagement ring. Unfortunately, I found the quality to be poor and the knowledge of the dealers non-existence. It was then I came across Jeremy online. I found the website brilliant and it allowed me to pick exactly what I wanted from the diamond. I rang Jeremy and he came to my house the next day with examples of both diamonds and rings and put me at ease straight away and I ordered my ring straight away. Naturally, buying an engagement is quite a stressful experience. Buying something that your loved one will - hopefully - be blown away by and wear forever is no easy task. Especially if like me you know nothing about diamonds. From our initial phone and email conversations I was put at ease, and nothing was too much. For example I was able to meet outside work hours at a time which would arose no suspicion from my other half. The offer to pick me up from the local train station was welcomed, even though I opted to drive. The service itself was brilliant, Jeremy is a craftsman and very passionate about his art. Everything was explained clearly, and there was no pressure. The ring itself was absolutely fantastic and my wife to be loves it. It stands out a mile when compared to other engagement rings, and most important it got the seal of approval from the mother-in-law. Finally, the aftercare was brilliant. Jeremy was fantastic in dealing with the insurance company over the valuation. Also when it came to re-sizing we headed over and this was no problem. Like myself he made my fiancée feel at ease and was genuinely interested in us as a couple and not just customers. I'd wholeheartedly recommend to any of my friends who are looking to pop the question.

My lady always wanted a full eternity ring and I was so lucky to find reviews of this site and read everything I could find about Jeremy. It was all so good! The care and attention I received was more than I could have hoped for and the ring was stunning. She loves it. One day we hope Jeremy will be able to create two half eternity rings from it for our two daughters.

Excellent service from the word go with helpful advice offered on design and size. Kept informed on progress with photographs sent to phone to show various stages of completion. Ring delivered on time, beautifully packaged, just before Christmas. This was a suprise gift for my wife and communication was kept discrete to maintain the element of suprise. I was a little cautious at first dealing with an online jeweller but wanted something a little different to the usual High Street jewellers and I cannot recommend Jeremy enough.
