Called in to the llansamlet store for a few things,was greeted with a grunt by a member of staff. Explained what I was after and was given the price,although I could'nt really understand what was said,as he was struggling a bit due to a mouthful of something he was eating. After taking payment my goods where dumped at my feet and off he went without another word!

I must add that I am more than happy with the goods,but the staff need to up their game when it comes to customer service.

Next time I'll go somewhere else.
