I went there and the ware house stinks. It smells of really bad body odour. I think the owners and workers need to have a shower. I walked back out as the stench of body odour was just too much.

I have experience with Raymat Textiles UK about buying duvets, pillows, and mattress for my bedroom and I found them perfect for the services within the price. They delivered as they have mentioned about the quality of the products pure Hungarian goose down duvets, Hungarian pillows, and mattress although I would love to recommend them to my family and friends.

Last year, I bought two sets of 100% down siberian goose down duvets & 6 pillows from Raymat for myself. As I was impressed with their service, recently I ordered three more sets of duvets & several pillows for my daughter, to be delivered to London on a specific day and time (A.M). The goods were delivered on time exactly as I have requested. This souds not much from the viewpoint of customers, but I have heard from many people who had various problems (slow response, not on tiem delivery, wrong item sent, etc.) after purchasing through internet. I will recommend Raymat for a quality of duvets & pillows and their prompt & helpful services. I feel the price of their products are very reasonably also. K.G

I ordered a mattress topper from Raymat. I had confirmed it via email that they have it stock. Their website showed even later that they still have them in stock. I places an order and made the payment. Shortly after that I was informed it is out of stock. I had counted on them, that I will get in time before christmas. I was offered a refund or I could buy a more expensive topper. The one I was offered, was pne of the few ones they sell, where king size is ridicilously more expensive than even the larger super king size topper. As "a gesture of good will" I was offered 50£ discount, which wouldn't still put the more expensive topper inline with the pricing of other products. So their gesture was only empty words. And I could not apply to discount on any normally priced products. When I let them know that I need a topper before christmas and found a another store, that sells the same one for a reasonable price I would buy it from there. I told them I need my refund right away so I can make the purchase from another store. I had originally paid my order with my debit card. Without asking me, they made the refund through paypal, it can take up to 30 days to receive my money back. I wouldn't accepted the refund, had I known that. So thank you for ruining my christmas. because of you, I have to deal with my aching back until I can get my money back. Completely unprofessional customer service, worst I have experienced ever. It was their mistake from the beginning, not mine. Also, be sure to check their pricing before buying anything. If you are buying the most popular products, certain ones in certain sizes are priced so high, you can easily find other stores that sell the same products much cheaper. Make sure they actually check they have the items you are buying in stock, to avoid ending up in a situation like me.
