Bought a Tens back relief machine- now out of production, surprise suprise! Used once for several hours and packed in. Contacted Tower Health who said out of warranty- go away. Fair enough but as it only had a few hours use I'd say rubbish product- wont buy Tens again and absolute rubbish customer service by Tower Health. AVOID.

I have ordered a product and they have sent a cheaper similar product!

We managed to sort out this problem with the condition that I change my 1-star review to 5 stars.

After a while, my product broke so I have returned it for repairs under warranty.

After 3 months of hassle, I got a different product a used one. What is true I opened the box only after 2 weeks when I have noticed the above written. After a few phone calls I received the below e-mail:

"Good afternoon.

I have forwarded this email on to the manufacture and they have confirmed the delivery was made on the 6th of march but you were not in therefore it was left with the UPS collection point, which you collected on the 10/03/17 at 12.58.

The manufacture has said “All products are sent from our warehouse in new, unused and perfect condition.” So there is no reason to believe that the product has been used. You have also as you have had the product for over a month and have not contacted us in this time before.

So in this case there is nothing further we can do.

Good job Tower Health!

I had brought the paingone pen a month or two ago and it has worked wonders.. My back pain and arthritis has practically disappeared and now I hardly need any painkillers . I have just come back try their salt pipe for my copd .. The staff were very friendly and had a great knowledge of all the products. I would and have recomended tower health to my friends and family. Thanks tower health you have been great.

You are meant to put these up your nose to stop stuff going up them. Website says they are comfortable and discreet. After a few minutes they began to irritate and it was tempting to take them out straight away. Kept them up there for a few hours despite of this. The relief I experienced was when I eventually took them out. Won't be using them again.
