Your service is the worst I have ever received from shopping online. I never received a confirmation email from my order, I literally thought you were a scam website who had just taken my money and with know email or confirmation I was about to take legal action against you. I would never recommend you to anyone due to the poor service your provided. I did not even receive my order on time. You really need to sort your system out and your service.

Good value for the books ordered but was sent 2 short with no explanation before hand even though there seemed to be enough to order at time of orderng. I have emailed re this but not received a response. However, if all straightforward for you then good value book site.

bought an 2xbox360 game and 1 PS3 GAME ... and placed it on the cabinet for child's present..when opened and tried to load, they never completed then a dialog box appears and says missing drivers...contacted oneclickplay fast..they refused to help...even though this gift was for a terminally ill child...I offered to buy another for oneclickplay , but oneclickplay refused to give me the product. Both my PC, laptop and DVD cannot play 2 movies i bought on 10th Oct 2011. Since then, I have made innumerable calls to all their Customer Care nos, locally & at available from their main online site. But till date it has got unheard & not compensated me.

This company is fantastic. They always acknowledge my request. They seem to have the best customer service. This is the best experienc. If there are really any negative complaints about oneclickplay i think there is a mistake because personally i dont think it deserves negative nay Sayers.

I had to return a $39.00 to Oneclickplay on 5th October as I bought two movies but only needed one. 1. Upon returning one movie i was instructed to wait 2. I waited for 3 days and they automatically charged my credit card $39 again 3. I send like 20 complaints with my number and then a clerk calls me and says he has to take down the information on my driver lic . I told him that he has my SAME credit card, my receipt, my company ID and now my NYS Divers Lic what's stopping someone from stealing my info? He says it's store policy, "If I can't write down your information, I can't give you a refund to your credit card."I refused and they said there was nothing they could do. I called the Store manager over and he said even with the Receipt, the same credit card, picture ID and NYS drivers lic unless they can put your State or Fed ID info in the Computer you can't get a refund or credit.Oneclickplay has a lot of nerve. I don't know if this is LEGAL. I also think that this policy should be TOLD to and POSTED in the OPEN so EVERY shopper who buys anything at oneclickpay is aware that once they buy anything at oneclickpay they give up any and all privacy rights afforded them under the law.With a Credit Card and Driver Lic including a home address and date of birth this is VERY DANGEROUS. If this is their policy then the SAME thing should have to take place to BUY something at oneclickpay How many people would buy ANYTHING at Oneclickpay if they had to give their date of birth, home address and everything else on their Drivers Lic and their Credit Card information? For my part. They have lost a customer. Also, knowing what they are doing if anyone is harmed by identity theft or identity fraud at oneclickpay because of this policy, I think the courts should award 3X damages for all loses to consumers
