Bought top of the line laptop through pcspecialist. Id been mulling it over for a while. Bought on finance and found the process of order and sorting finance really easy. Assembly was 4-6 days est, and took the minimum 4 days. Laptop arrived and the only gripe I can think of is the outer box tape hadnt been secured correctly so the flap was loose but the inner box was fine.

My son helped me to order my new PC about 3 weeks ago. He referred to the specs of my old PC, bought from PC Specialist 10 years ago. That PC has served us well over those years. Once the order was placed it arrived in less time than we were advised. My son, luckily, came for a visit and set it up for me. It is much faster and the tower is much more compact, so takes up less space. I am very happy with it and with the excellent service PC Specialist provides. I am sure this new model will serve us just as well and as long as the old PC. I will recommend PC Specialist to anyone I know needing a new PC.

Ordered a new laptop with accessories. I was kept informed of the process of my order and received all the items within a week. Excedllent service. worked easily out of the box and is value for money. Have dealt before and will do again.

I was needing a new PC and PC Specialist gave me the ability to configure and design a PC to match my requirements and budget. During configuration it was extremely easy to make changes and see the impact on the costs. Finally, having started with the smallest case, I was advised that the graphics card needed a large case which was easily made to the specification. Finally, after a couple of days, I converted the quote into an order, late on a Friday. On Monday I was advised that the PC was being built and sent a photo of it. On Tuesday it was sent to testing and on Wednesday it was shipped. It arrived at lunchtime on the Thursday. On Saturday I had it running, with my existing keyboard, mouse and monitors (from older PCs I was moving from). By Friday I has transferred all of my data and required programs and have stopped my old Win 10 PC. The only problem, since I had bought it with no operating system (have bought a Win 11 Pro in advance) was figuring out to convert the supplied Win 11 Home to Win 11 Pro, which needed a couple of emails. Otherwise, the other issue was down to Microsoft wanting to install Microsoft 365 rather than an an installed version of Office. I tried LibreOffice but had issues with sorting data with dates so i had to buy a copy of Office 2024, very cheap, and had the trouble of deleting the 20+ versions of Office and OneNote, but that is down to Microsoft being awkward Otherwise, it is working as expected..

This is about the 6th PC I've bought from PC specialist and I'm obviously happy with their service and prices

I have been in need for a new laptop/pc for sometime now. My last purchase was an Alienware M15x purchased in 2010 from Dell. Initially I had set out to buy another Alienware from Dell but after some research and understanding that the particular game I play (FM26), the processor that is better suited for this particular game was an AMD processor, I had to explore other PC options. Here is where I came across PCSpecialist. I was a little nervous at first, with the amount of options and configurations that were on offer, however with some research once again, I feel I have purchased and put together a PC that is designed for my requirements with a little future proofing too thanks to PCSpecialist. The build time was around 7 days; I was expecting delivery to be on a Monday, however to my surprise, it arrived the Saturday before so that was an unexpected pleasant surprise. Packaging was good; the inital cardbox did have a tear down the side however, the polysteryne inside was fine so had no further concerns thereafter. Putting the PC together was a piece of cake (although most of the build was already done for me which is a relief because, despite having some knowledge of PC parts, have never had the courage to build one from scratch - This is my next venture, but not just yet). Having said this, knowing that should anything go wrong, I am reassured as I am able to contact PCSpecialist who provide a technical support service (hopefully I am never in need of them). So overall, if you're a little unsure of what pc/laptop to buy, I highly recommend PCSpecialist as it gives you a tailor-made feel when purchasing without the stress and hassle of building yourself as well as the uncertainty as to whether the thing will actually turn on once you have built it - PCSpecialist do all of that hardwork for you, and for a novice like me, it makes sense to purchase a pc thats more suited for me and my needs, rather than over spend on some parts and components that I will never ever use.
