I'm still awaiting my order paid for from DrJays.com on the 20th December. At first I wasn't too bothered as I realised it was Christmas and New Year etc so delays happen, i'm resonable. Then tracking started showing my order was in Germany, so I contacted them asking if they had my address correct and supplied it again. I-Parcel said not to worry it would be with me shortly. A few days later, tracking says it is in my City, hurray!, but they cannot deliver due to wrong address! I contact I-Parcel, no reply, contact DrJays - no reply, contact them via their various emails and online form... no reply. So basically the parcel is in my city for days now, but they won't deliver it due to a wrong address, yet no-one will resolve the issue, neither the courier nor DrJays. Also, I checked my order and I supplied the CORRECT address in the first place!
