This Company Is Disgusting!
My Husband has an account with Cocosa and has done for some time,ordering hundreds of pounds worth of goods.All went well at first,their goods were top quality at brilliant prices.But as time passed,their goods became shoddier and shoddier e.g dresses for a gift that were market style material and damaged candles.Then told they have moved over to Brand Alley and now no answers to e-mails for days promises of 3 re-funds and still continue to take money from our pay for goods he hasn't received or waiting re-funds for.Cannot track order numbers as site has gone and empty promises of re-funds .Have reported them to credit card company as this is nothing short of fraudulent trading.

Too Expensive Perfumes
Checking today I was astounded to see the 5 perfumes I had chosen were so overpriced.. One by over £40. How can they justify.

Waited Almost 6 Weeks For A Dress Which Was Conven
Waited almost 6 weeks for a dress which was conveniently lost. I had to raise the package as not delivered myself, as Cocosa hadn't sent a single update during the whole 6 weeks and hoped I wouldn’t notice.
Conveniently, on the cocosa tracking systems the parcel was "lost" but on the Hermes courier system it was never received in their depo.
I doubt I'll get a refund either.

I bought a few items and all are fine, but one of the items was faulty, so I contacted Cocosa to get a refund, but after checking my statements, I noticed that Cocosa never REFUNDED ME as they said they would, so I don't trust this online shop.

Some very good prices ... & some you can find cheaper elsewhere so do your homework first.
The biggest problem is that they take your order - and your money - before they know if they can fulfil it. Out of the 2 orders I have made, each time they have been unable to provide everything ordered BUT they don't tell you until about 2 weeks after the order has been placed. Not only that but they lie when you check the progress of your order. Having checked the progress of both these orders, both times it showed that stock had arrived & the order was packed & ready to be despatched. Both times I got an email the next day saying that items couldn't be sent as they were out of stock.... &, lo & behold the progress of the order had been changed to only just having been packed that day. When I contacted customer service, they deliberately evaded the question as to why they mislead you this way. NOT impressed.
So - if you don't mind when or if you get your goods, then go ahead but I'd not waste your money
I agree Cocosa is not a reliable or trustworthy online shop. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

Having read reviews I was unsure of this site but I have placed two orders and have been very happy. The items arrived fairly quickly and were of good quality.
Not had to deal with returns.
Wait till you need to return an item. They don't refund. they are there just to take our money.

crappy overpriced stuff (still). terrible packaging. postal charges for purchases and again for returns. you have to ask 'permission' for returns!!! in 2017!

I ordered a pair of boots in winter 2016/17. They were about three weeks late arriving and when I returned them they were delivered to the wrong address. I began to chase up my refund after a couple of weeks (too late to claim a refund from the Post Office). Neither the post office nor Cocosa wanted to know. I did eventually get a refund through the PO as I appealed successfully but the service I received from Cocosa was polite but very poor and I was fobbed off at every turn. They used to be fantastic but I presume they have been taken over and the new culture leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent Products
I ordered on 7 of July some perfumes that was on discount and recived an confirmation email, then I have read some bad reviews from people that didn't recived the orders and I was very disappointed.... I thought is gonna happen to me too because they didn't send me anything else but I have waited thinking is not a big deal. Today I had a big surprise, all my perfumes came perfect packed so I have decided to write a good review for all of you!!!!! I am very happy and I will order again soon. Thank you Cocosa

To shop at cocosa you do not need to open any accounts, you just need to join as a member and this does not cost anything. You pay for what you buy if you decide to purchase anything.
