This is the first time my husband has bought a bike from Evans Cycles and he did so with a bit of trepidation as it was a lot of money he was parting with. From the outset we both felt very confident indeed. We got update emails regularly, which showed that we had not been forgotten and then we saw the wonderful explanatory video on what to do when the parcel arrived. It arrived on time and everything was as it should be, nothing damaged. The bike he bought was for his 8 yr old grandson who thought it was AWESOME. He was thrilled to bits, the bike was just the right size and his parents now have a job to get it off him!

So, thank you very much for a job well done, with every attention to detail and if we need to buy again you will be the first port of call as the bike shops don't seem to have such a comprehensive stock as you. Well done and thank you again
