“Terrible costumer service”

Absolutely awful costumer service. There's always a lot of staff around but they sit chatting to each other and make no attempt at helping costumers. Also, Two of them talked loudly about sex and swearing in when I had my 3 year old nephew with me
I went in store to get a few repairs on a £600 bike. Replace chain and new casette. After being ignored for a good 5 minutes by three staff sitting about doing nothing someone came over and looked at the bike. I told him the problem and he agreed that a new chain and casette was the way to go and that he'd book me in for the repair in a week. I took it in on this day as arranged and someone checked it over ans said the job was fine to do. After the bike being there all day i got a phone call saying that they decided not to repair the bike as there was too many other jobs that needed doing on it and it wouldnt be worth my while. This is fine, BUT they should have told me that from the start, not wasted a week of my time not being able to ride my bike and then a full day with my bike in store. I had a charity cycle event in 3 days time and was expecting to get it fixed as they agreed. If i knew i'd be jerked around I would have gone to another cycle store. I have now gone to another cycle store and got it fixed within 2 days, though still too late for my cycle event.
Will not be going back to this store.
