Used for years; Frequently bad quality

I am embarrassed to admit that the cheap prices had me ordering from this website every now and then for a number of years. Eventually there were too many bad experiences to justify it. They will usually reprint without a fuss when there are problems, but there were just so frequently so many problems, there isn't an excuse for that ratio of print problems. They do not seem to have anyone looking at the things that come out of their machines before the product is haphazardly packaged and shipped off. So if you are on a tight timeline (like, invitations, not business cards), I suggest a more quality company.
